我国互联网的法制管理问题及其完善

摘　　要：在交待我国互联网法制管理背景与现状的基础上,从多个维度分析了我国互联网法制管理中存在的问题。认为在立法问题上,需要加强法理研究、提高立法层次、加强重点领域的立法,并加强国际合作、促进网络立法的国际化进程;在网络内容的法制管理上,需要注重网络和内容的分别管理,修改和补充网络监管程序,强化网络主体的权利保护;同时积极进网络的普法教育,才能走出我国互联网法制管理中的多维困境,实现我国互联网的健康有序发展。Based on the background and current situation of China＇ s internet law-based management, this article analyzes the problems of the dimension on cognition, legislation and eontent of the management. It holds that： only by strengthening the legal research, enhancing the legislative level, strengthening the legislation of key areas and strengthening international cooperation on legislative issues, administering separately of the network and content, amending the supervisory process and strengthening the protection of the private rights on the legal management of content, and promoting the China＇ s legal education can we keep a healthy and orderly development of the internet in China.
