摘　　要：查新结论是科技查新报告中的重要组成部分。为了保证查新结论的准确性,对比分析要有针对性,应围绕查新点进行;新颖性评价要客观,应以文献为依据;结论描述要规范,符合逻辑思维规律,对所查证的技术内容应明确作出是否具有新颖性的结论。The conclusion of novelty retrieval is an important part of sci - tech novelty retrieval report. In order to ensure its accuracy, the comparative analysis must be focused on the novelty retrieval point with a target. In addition, the assessment of novelty must be objective, and the description should in accordance with the logical law of thinking. At last, the conclusion that whether the technical contents have novelty must be made explicitly.
