摘　　要：考察了PB胶乳对板材ABS树脂体系性能的影响。为了提高板材ABS胶乳的性能,在聚合过程中以丁二烯和苯乙烯为单体,采用特殊复合皂体系,同时采用多功能助剂、阶梯升温等技术及工艺制备板材ABS树脂专用PB胶乳,然后在附聚、接枝聚合、凝聚、干燥等验证实验后,与高腈SAN进行熔融混合,制备的板材ABS树脂与国外同类产品性能接近。The effect of PB latex on the properties of sheet grade ABS resin family has been investigated. In order to improve the properties of the latex used for sheet ABS, butadiene and styrene were used as monomer in polymerization, special compound soap family was used, and in the same time multifunctional additives and stepped temperature rising technology were used to produce special PB latex used for ABS resin. After the demonstration tests such as agglomeration, graft polymerization, coalescence and drying, and mixing with SAN in melt state, the properties of the sheet grade ABS resin produced are close to those of the products made in foreign countries.
