摘　　要：阐述了Primavera Project Planner(简称P3)软件在苯乙烯项目建设中的应用效果。建立了企业项目结构(EPS)、组织分解结构(OBS)以及作业分解结构(WBS)的模型。实际应用表明,P3软件在苯乙烯项目进度计划中的应用取得了显著的成效,对于苯乙烯项目按期顺利完成起到了重要的作用。The application result of Primavera Project Planner (hereinafter called P3) Software in the Styrene Project was expounded. The models of Enterprise Project Structure EPS, Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) and Work Breakdown Structure were built. The actual application shows, the application of P3 Software in the Styrene Project schedule planning has gain significant effect, and played important role for smooth project completion on schedule.
