黄连温胆汤合失笑散治疗不稳定型心绞痛68例

摘　　要：目的观察黄连温胆汤合失笑散治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法随机将123例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(55例),对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服黄连温胆汤合失笑散,治疗3周后观察两组临床疗效及血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化。结果治疗组在缓解冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状、改善心电图的心肌缺血表现、降低hs-CRP水平方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄连温胆汤合失笑散是治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的有效方剂,降低血浆hs-CRP水平可能是其中机制之一。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Huanglianwendan decoction and Shixiaosan powder for angina pectoris and to investigate its mechanisms. Methods One hundred and twenty - three patients were randomly divided into two groups.. Treatment group（n= 68） treated with Huanglianwendan decoction and Shixiaosan powder and control group （n= 55） treated with conventional western medicine for 3 weeks. The clinical efficacy and levels of plasma high - sensitivity C - reactive protein（hs - CRP）were observed. Results The clinical symptoms was alleviated,myocardial ischemia was improved in treatment group. The levels of hs - CRP in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huanglianwendan decoction and Shixiaosan powder were effective for treatment of unstable angina pectoris by lowering hs - CRP level.
