摘 要:目的探讨复方丹参饮对胰岛素抵抗(IR)型大鼠血管内皮细胞一氧化氮(NO)及内皮素(ET-1)的影响。方法将60只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、罗格列酮组、复方丹参饮治疗组(中药治疗组)、复方丹参饮预防组(中药预防组),每组12只。采用高脂高糖饮食建立大鼠IR模型,各组大鼠灌胃给药。16周后采用酶联免疫法检测各组大鼠血中NO、ET-1的含量。结果与空白对照组相比,除复方丹参饮预防组差异无统计学意义外,其余各组NO含量减少、ET-1含量增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型对照组相比,罗格列酮组及中药预防组与治疗组均能增加NO及减少ET-1的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论复方丹参饮具有保护血管内皮细胞的功能,其机制与升高血清NO及降低血浆ET-1水平有关。Objective To study the influence of Fufangdanshenyin decoction on nitric oxide and endothelin -' 1 oflvascular endothelial cell(VEC) in rats with insulin resistance(IR). Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups.. Normal control group, model group, Rosiglitazone group, Fufangdanshenyin decoction group and Fufangdanshenyin decoction protective group. The rat models with IR were established by diet with excess of sugar and fat. The levels of NO and ET - 1 were measured through the ELISA method after 16 weeks. Results Compared with normal control group,the level of NO was decrease and the level of ET - 1 was in- creased in other groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). There was significant difference between normal .group and other groups, except Fu- fangdanshenyin decoction protective group. Compared with model group,the level of NO was increased and the level of ET- 1 was decreased in Rosiglitazone group and Fufangdanshenyin decoction group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Fufangdanshenyin decoction had protective effect On VEC in rats with IR by increase of the level of nitric oxide and decrease of the level of endothelin - 1.
