农户农地流转行为影响因素分析--基于重庆市34个区(县)的调查

摘　　要：采用数理统计方法,重庆市34个区县的农地流转现状、特点以及农户农地流转行为与区域微观因素之间关系进行研究。研究结果为总体上呈现出流转市场发育缓慢、流转资本化程度低、流转的区域差异显著、都市发达经济圈相对更成熟一些、渝西经济走廊和三峡库区生态经济区相对落后的流转现状和特点;人均耕地面积、离公路远近、是否通过中介以及签订流转合同是影响农户农地流转行为的主要因素。研究结论:农地流转中把握区域内的微观因素驱动下农户心理及其对农地流转的行为响应,对探索适合于城乡统筹的农地流转制度意义重大。Farmers＇ behavior in farmland transfer mostly caused by the micro - factors, The use of 34 counties of Chongqing municipality of the 1304 survey data, The use of methods of mathematical statistics＇ analysis of the survey area of Farmland land the reasons for the transfer slow and with farmers＇ behavior in farmland transfer the relationship between Regional micro - factors, the results show ： Slow flow of market development, low degree of capital flow, transfer of significant regional differences is the main reason for the slow flow. Grasp farmers psychological and farmers＇ Behavior in farmland transfer is of tremendous significance to the explore suitable for urban and rural co -ordinate farmland transfer institution.
