摘  要:针对果园开沟仍然依靠人工、劳动强度大、效率低及小四轮、手扶拖拉机作业时通过性不好和操作不便等问题,设计了一种与微型遥控机械配套的果园开沟机。该机为遥控作业,可节省劳动力,降低了高度,通过性好,并采用附加减速器的方法改变传动比,实现了行走与作业速度不同的需求。根据运动学和动力学分析可看出,该机设计合理,功耗小,可在坡度角小于20°的斜坡上进行开沟,适合果园作业。For the problem of orchard that ditching is still relying on people, great labor - intensive, low efficiency, as well as bad through ability and inconvenience of small four - wheel and walking tractor, a orchard ditching machine, which matching to a remote micro -machinery, was developed. saving; Meantime it reduce the height, so it had good through For its remote control operation, it can be labor - ability , and through additional reducer to change the transmission ratio to achieve the operating speed of walking with different needs. Through analysis of its kinematics and dynamics, we can see that the machine design was reasonable, the power consumption was small, and also it can work on the slope that the angle be less than 20 °, suitable for orchard operations.
