摘  要:针对我国马铃薯分级加工水平落后的现状,首先对所设计的马铃薯分级生产线上的料斗、去土输送装置、人工挑选装置、提升机和分道输送装置的情况进行了论述,介绍了马铃薯分级加工的工艺以及整条生产线的工作过程;其次设计了一种马铃薯分级机,介绍了其结构以及工作过程;最后举例说明了分级后各级马铃薯的用途,旨在为马铃薯分级的产业化和机械化加工提供参考。For the status quo of grading potatoes for processing in China lags behind the rest of the world. Firstly, expounded on the design for classification of potato production line hopper, to get rid of soil transport equipment, artificial selection of devices, traffic hoist and conveyor, and introduced the potato processing technology, as well as the entire grading production line process; Secondly, designed a potato grading machine, introduced its structure and working process ; Finally, take an example to show the use of potato after the classification at all levels, aims to provide reterence to potato classification industrialization and mechanization of the processing.
