摘　　要：针对棉秆重组材板坯人工铺装不均匀、效率低和劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种棉秆重组材板坯铺装机,原料经过辊压喂料施胶、带式输送和回转铺装,将原来人造板原料沿着板坯厚度方向下落的铺装方法,改为沿着板坯宽度方向下落铺装的方法,并且使一次铺装的板坯形成首尾相接的环状料带,再进行切割形成压制重组材的板坯,为农作物秸秆重组材产业化提供重要的技术手段。This article designed a forming equipment of cotton scrimber which pointed at many lacks such as unevenness of artificial pavement, low efficiency and great labour intensity. The raw material was paved by roll - feed raw sizing, belt conveyors, rotary pavement. The equipment made the former artificial slab material fall along width instead of the thickness of the slab, made the expendable pavement slabs ring belts and then formed pressing reeobinative slabs by cutting. This design aimed to provide an important technical means for industrialization of crops straw scrimber.
