成年太行山猕猴(Macaca mulatta tcheliensis)第1胸椎的研究

摘　　要：对１５例成年太行山猕猴（Ｍ．ｍｕｌａｔａｔｃｈｅｌｉｅｎｓｉｓ）第１胸椎进行了全面测量及观察，算出两项指数，并作了相关分析和异速生长分析，结果表明：寰椎全宽与第１胸椎全宽呈高度相关（ｒ＝０．８９８，ｔｒ＝５．７７３＞ｔ（ｓ）０．０１＝３．３５５，ｐ＜０．０１）；矢径、全宽、椎体上矢径、椎体下矢径为正异速生长，椎体下横径接近等速生长，椎体前高、椎体后高、椎体上横径、椎孔矢径。The first vertebrae thoracicae on 15 adult Macaca mulatta tcheliensis in Taihang mountains has been measured and observed ,two indexes have been calculated, the correlative and allometric analyses made.The results show that there is high correlation between total transverse diameter of atlas and the first vertebrae thoracicae (r=0.898,tr=5.773>t (s)0.01 =3.355,P<0.01);antero posterior diameter and total transverse diameter,upper antero posterior diameter of vertebral body and lower antero posterior diameter of vertebral body, all are positive allometry;lower transverse diameter of vertebral body is near with equal speed growth;anterior height of vertebral body and posterior height of vertebral body, upper transverse diameter of vertebral body,antero posterior diameter of vertebral foramen and transverse diameter of vertebral foramen, all are negative allometry.
