医学影像学实验教学中影像检查病例追踪随访软件系统的创建及其应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:建立基于Access软件的影像检查患者临床资料及随访信息数据库,并探讨其在医学影像学实验教学中的作用。方法:根据我院影像检查科室及影像教研室的设置,收集整理有追踪随访记录的患者病案资料320份;利用Access软件建立患者临床资料及随访信息数据库。结果:在Access软件平台上成功建立了信息容量大的影像检查患者的临床资料及随访信息数据库,并能方便快捷地进行数据录入,资料统计查询也能做到全面准确。结论:基于Access软件的影像检查临床资料及追踪随访系统数据库功能强大,有利于规范及统一影像资料的随访与追踪,有利于教学资料的科学积累,提高实验教学质量。Objective： The aim of this study was to construct the clinical and the fellow-up database of patients who received the image examination based on the Access software and discuss its application in medical imaging experimental teaching.Methods： Records of the 320 patients who underwent fellow-up examination were collected and their clinical and the fellow-up database was established by using Access software.Results： We successfully established the clinical and the fellow-up database of patients who underwent the image examination by using the Assess software.Conclusion： The clinical and the fellow-up system database based on Access software has lots of function,so it could benefit the fellow-up image information and enhance the teaching quality.
