延胡索及水煎液中14种无机元素的测定

摘　　要：为了探索延胡索中无机元素与其活血、理气、止痛的药效关系，用等离子体发射光谱法测定了延胡素及水效液中14种元素的含量，其含量较高的有Fe、Mg、Zn、Ca、Mn。Levels of fourteen elements in Corydilis yanhusuo W. T. Wang and its water decoction were determinated by ICP-AES in order to examine the relationship of their medical effectiveness in promoting blood circulation, regulating qi, arresting pain with inorganic elements, Levels of Fe,Mg,Zn,Ca and Mn of the detected elements were higher.
