洋金花及水煎液中15种元素的测定

摘　　要：为探索洋金花中化学元素与其平喘止咳、镇痛解痉药效的关系，用等离于体发射光谱法测定了洋金花及其水煎涂中15种元素，其含量较高的是人体必需的营养元素Fe、Mg、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mn。Levels of fifteen elements in Flos Daturae and its water decoction were determinated by ICP-AES in order to examine the relationship between the elements and their antiasthma, antitussis,relieving spasm and pain. Levels of Fe, Mg, Cu, An, Ca, Mn of the 15 detected elements were higherr.
