摘　　要：以微量元素Cu及Cu／Zn比值为指标，考察了活心喷雾剂两种不同制备工艺。结果表明：醇提工艺中Cu及Cu／Zn比值均明显高于水煎液，与以有效成分丹参酮ⅡA为指标考察工艺得出相同的结论。Two different preparation techniques of spray promoting heart function were examined based on the content of trace element Cu and value of Cu/Zn. Result obtained showed that products manufactured by alcohol extractive method had markedly a higher content of Cu and value of Co/Zn than products by water decocting method. This agreed well with result of examination on the active composition tanshinone Ⅱ A.
