摘　　要：针对军工企业的生产经营特点以及信息化需求,对TOC与MRPII和JIT进行了分析和比较,在此基础上提出了基于约束理论的企业信息化管理系统开发方案。将约束理论应用于主计划管理的维护中,实现了一个网络环境下的智能生产管理平台。重点介绍了产品配套管理、生产计划管理、库存管理以及生产线底层控制器等功能的设计实现。The production and operation features of military enterprises are analyzed.According to the information requirement of a certain enterprise,based on comparison of theory of constraints（TOC）,MRPII and JIT,this paper puts forward an enterprise information system based the TOC.An intelligent production management system based on network environmen is realized in which the TOC is used to maintain the main plan management.Product matching management,production plan management,stock management and bottom layer controller of production line are mainly introduced.
