摘　　要：通过不同的热处理工艺研究了40Mn2钢的显微组织和力学性能的变化,得出了40Mn2钢随淬火温度和回火温度不同而引起其显微组织和力学性能的变化情况。因此在进行热处理时可通过严格控制淬火温度和回火温度以得到想要的组织和力学性能。This article analyzes the microstructure and mechanical property of 40Mn2 steel,through different heat treatment.The change of microstructure and mechanical property at different hardening and tempering temperature was gotten.We can control the hardening and tempering temperature strictly to get wanted microstructure and mechanical property.
