摘　　要：对医疗设备进行招标采购是目前军队和地方医院普遍采用的方法,它也是医学工程科医疗设备管理的首要环节。设备购置是一项技术性、专业性、政策性很强的工作,在设备购置前要进行认真的市场调研和充分的综合评估,制定出一份科学严谨的技术性文件,这样在招标采购过程中,才能有效利用有限资金,采购到满足临床需要及性价比高的医疗设备。Bidding and purchasing of medical equipment, the most important part of medical equipment management in Medical Engineering Section, is currently used in all the military and local hospitals. We should fully be aware that the hypostasis of purchasing equipment is technical, professional, and policy-oriented. Before purchasing, we need serious market researching, an integrated assessment, and a rigorous technical document. Then we can use the limited funds efficiently.
