GC/MS对延边水飞蓟油中脂肪酸的组成分析

摘　　要：用ＧＣ／ＭＳ联用技术检测经皂化、甲脂化处理的水飞蓟油中脂肪酸的组成及其相对含量，共检出了７种脂肪酸，其相对含量分别为棕榈酸（８．１６％）、亚油酸（５１．２５％）、油酸（２１．７７％）、硬脂酸（７．８８％）、亚麻酸（１．２１％）、花生酸（３．７４％）、山俞酸（２．７０％）．The components of fatty acids and the relative contents in silybum marianum oil were analyzed by GC/MS.Seven main fatty acids were identified and quantified results showed that 7 fatty acids.The relative contents of Palmitic acid,Linoleic acid,Oleic acid,Stearic acid,Linolenic acid,Arachidic acid and Behenic acid were 8.16%,51.25%,21.77%,7.88%,1.21%,3.74% and 2.70% respectively.
