摘  要:针对普通V带传动设计因校核带来重复运算的缺陷,在总结现有的设计资料的基础上,按照带轮直径、带长尺寸的数据结构,建立带轮直径与带长、主动带轮与从动带轮之间的指数关系;通过构造带传动体积与带根数、带功率的辅助函数,运用带传动体积取得极小值的条件确定小带轮直径指数和带根数。从而解决了普通V带传动的无校核设计的问题。同时证明:当1<i≤5.7时,不需要验算包角。Aiming at the defect of repeated operation in the ordinary V-belt drive design because of checking, based on the existing design data,we established the index connection between the belt length and the diameter of pulley and between the diameter of the smaller pulley and that of the larger pulley according to the data structure of the diameter of pulley and the belt length. With the minimum value of an auxiliary function including the cubage and the number and the power of belts,both the diameter index of smaller pulley and the number of belts have been determined,and a checkless design of the ordinary V-belt drive has been done. In addition,it was proved that checking the angle of wrap is not necessary when the speed ratio i satisfies: 1 i≤5. 7.
