摘　　要：生活锅炉和工厂小型锅炉的防控设置比较简单,爆炸时有发生。基于大容量闪存、稳定性强的STC89C516RD+单片机,利用WZPF-622温度传感器、PT112压力传感器和水位传感器对锅炉的温度、压力与水位进行监测,设计具备多级管理功能的锅炉防爆控制系统。利用电磁阀、继电器控制水位、炉膛空气和送煤电动机,通过HD44780液晶芯片和ISD1760语音芯片,对锅炉缺水、超压、超温进行提示。基于STC单片机的锅炉防爆控制系统,功能多样、稳定性强,能有效地避免锅炉爆炸,确保锅炉的安全运行。Life boilers and factory small boilers not security and explode sometimes. A multi-level explosion-proof control system was designed by using WZPF-62 temperature sensor, PTll2 pressure sensor and water level sensor based on STC89C516RD ＋ with large capacity flash and stability to monitor the temperature, pressure and water level. Solenoid valve and relay were used to control water level, boiler air and motor of transfer coal, HD44780 liquid IC and ISDI760 voice IC were used to alert when boilers in the conditions of short for water, overpressure and overtemperature. The system has advantages of multi-function and stability, show good performance in boiler application.
