摘  要:采用缺硼、硼过量的番木瓜硼素失调植株及健株为试材,探讨硼失调对番木瓜植株硼形态含量的影响。结果表明,植株缺硼时根、叶、花、果的水溶态硼、半束缚态硼及束缚态硼含量明显降低,与健株相比,3种形态硼中叶片以水溶态硼变化最大,果实及根均以半束缚态硼的变化最为显著,花的硼形态受影响程度较小;植株硼过量时根、叶、花、果的水溶态硼、半束缚态硼及束缚态硼含量显著增加,其中,叶片以水溶态硼、果实以束缚态硼的变化幅度最大,根及花则以半束缚态硼变化最为显著。The boron-deficiency or-excess plants of papaya(Caria papaya L.) were cultured to discuss the impact of boron imbalance on the contents of various forms of boron in their organs with healthy plants as control. The results showed that the contents of water-soluble, bound or semi-bound boron decreased significantly in the roots, leaves, flowers and fruits of the papaya plants deficient of boron when compared with the control, and that the most significant decrease was present in the content of water-soluble boron of the leaves and in the contents of semi-bound boron in the fruits and the roots, while the boron forms of flowers presented less change under boron deficiency. The contents of these three forms of boron all increased significantly in various organs of papaya plants with excess boron, and the most significant increase was observed in the contents of water-soluble boron in the leaves, of bound boron in the fruits, and of semi-bound boron in the roots and flowers.
