摘　　要：目的总结胎儿心脏各种位置异常的超声断层表现,描绘正常和各类心脏位置异常的断面解剖模式图,以提高超声医师对胎儿心脏异常的识别能力。方法总结分析9年间胎儿心脏超声检出并经病理解剖或产后手术证实的各种心脏位置异常典型病例259例,用模式图的形式绘制出它们的典型特征,直观地展现其诊断与鉴别诊断特征。结果归纳绘制7组76种心脏位置异常的四腔心切面和上腹部横切面联合诊断模式图。结论76种心脏位置异常可以通过两个简单切面即四腔心切面和上腹部横切面作出正确判断,胎心位置超声断层模式图的绘制对提高对心脏位置异常及其类别的判别有帮助,为诊断更为复杂的先天性心脏畸形打下坚实基础。Objective To observe the uhrasonographie features and section drawings of normal cardiac position and various cardiac： malposition in order to determine the prenatal diagnosis of abnormal position of the fetal heart. Methods The records of fetuses with prenatal diagnosis of various typical cardiac malpo- sition in our institution between 2000 and 2009 were collected. The diagnosis was confirmed by postpartum surgery or autopsy. The uhrasonographic characteristics and the key points of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cardiac malposition were exhibited in the section drawings. Results The seventy-six types in 7 categories of cardiac malposition were all showed in four-chamber view combined with upper abdominal transverse section in the drawings. Conclusions The diversities of cardiac malposition in fetuses can be correctly diagnosed in combined with the four-chamber view and the upper abdominal transverse section. The section drawings are helpful for location of the abnormal position of fetal heart and diagnosis of the complicated congenital cardiac anomalies.
