摘　　要：近几年来,随着城市化水平的不断提高,我国城市化发展进程中出现了大量占用耕地和建设用地总量激增的现象,耕地保护和建设用地及城市化的矛盾十分尖锐。本文初步探讨了三种城市化的土地利用的特征,分别就其在土地利用中存在的问题、原因和对策进行了分析,为城市化进程中土地可持续利用问题提供了一些相关的依据。In recent years, the rapid speed of urbanization has contributed to the sharp decrease of arable land and the radical increase of construction land, making the conflicts between arable land protection and urbanization rather fierce. This paper examines three characteristics of land usage during the process of urbanization, and then analyzes the problems, their causes and possible solutions so as to provide reference for achieving sus- tainable development in urbanization.
