新农村体育发展的制约因素分析与对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等研究方法,对新农村体育发展的制约因素进行了探讨。研究认为:发展新农村体育是构建和谐社会、塑造社会主义新型农民的必要途径;制约新农村体育发展的因素主要有农民的体育意识不够、体育人口偏少且结构不合理、体育场地设施短缺、体育管理盲区等。并针对其制因,提出新农村体育开展要求形式要多元化、要依托农村经济的发展、要依托农村教育事业的发展、要依靠科学化的管理、要加强体育场地设施的建设和维护、要积极探索建立全民健身的预警机制等建议。With the methods of documentary data and logical analysis,this paper explored the restricting factors of sports development in new socialist countryside.The results were as follows：The development of new rural sport was the essential way to build a harmonious society.The main constraining factors of the new sports development in rural areas were the insufficient sports awareness of the farmers,the less athletic population and the irrational structure,the shortage of sports facilities and blind area of sports management.This paper suggested that the forms of rural sports need diversity,and rely on the development of rural economy,the development of education in rural areas,the scientific management,strengthening the construction of sports facilities and maintenance and actively to explore the establishment of early warning mechanism for national fitness and so on.
