摘　　要：新立话是广西钦州的一种方言。它与普通话语音的主要差异在于:新立话有声母[v■■η kv kvh j],没有翘舌音[t■ t■h■]和舌面音[t th ];新韵母有鼻韵尾[m]和塞音尾[p t k],开尾韵中有[■i■i■u eu],鼻尾韵中有[εn■n■n],且有声化韵母[η],但没有撮口呼韵母[y]和舌尖单韵母[];声调有8类,平、上分阴阳,去声不分阴阳,有入声,分阴阳,阴入分上下,与普通话有很多的不一致。Xinli dialect is one of Qinzhou dialects of Guangxi, which mainly differs from mandarin in the following aspects： Xinli dialect includes such consonants as[vφηηkvkvhj], but without retroflex[tG tGh G]and palatals [ $] ; it has nasal vowel [ m ] and stops like[ p t k ] as its syllable ending, also having vowels with open ending like [ ] andvowels with nasal ending such as [] as well as voiced vowels like [ η ], however, without cuokuo call vowel[ y] and tip-tongue single vowel [] ; the intonation of Xinli dialect includes 8 kinds： level tone; rising tone which consists Yin rising tone and Yang rising tone; falling-rising tone; and falling tone which contains Yin falling tone, including Yin falling tone up and Yin failing tone down and Yang falling tone, which has so many differences from mandarin.
