五十营针刺疗法加核酪注射液穴位注射治疗支气管炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨五十营针刺循环疗法加核酪注射液穴位注射,治疗慢性支气管炎三年的临床疗效。方法:从1997年12月-2008年12月,选择支气管炎患者74例,年龄为38--80岁的中老年病人。纳入标准:符合上海市中医病症诊疗常规,同时符合内科疾病诊断标准。74例患者全部进行中医辨证分型,分为气虚痰阻和阴虚痰热两型.用五十营循环针刺法治疗,选取:中脘、关元,双侧太渊、神门、大陵、太溪、太冲、足三里、三阴交等穴,于辰巳时(上午8时-10时)用迎随补泻法治疗,留针时间为28分48秒,即一个经络循环周次.然后用核酪注射液穴位注射,每穴分别各取1mL核酪注射液,注射双侧丰隆、孔最穴。10次为1个治疗疗程,隔日1次,连续4个疗程。观察病人治疗前后咳嗽、咯痰、气急、喘息等主要症状以及舌苔、脉象的变化。结果:三年治疗及之后的随访显示,气虚痰阻型显效率为91.67%,阴虚痰热型显效率为73.07%。治疗效果显著,而复发率低。气虚痰阻型优于阴虚挟痰热型P<0.05。结论:五十营循环疗法加核酪注射液穴位注射对慢性支气管炎具有较好的临床疗效,可明显改善患者的机体免疫功能,同时具有预防和减轻疾病复发的作用.Objective：The study of the clinical effect of the cases with chronic bronchitis treated by Fifty circulation method of acupuncture and point-injection with Nucleotide and Casein Injection for three years.Methods：Select 74 cases suffering from bronchitis. The age of the patients range from 38-80 years old.Adopted standard：To be suitable for shanghai municipal diagnostic and therapeuti rules and the diagnostic standard for internal medical as well.74 cases＇suffers have been disdinguished into two types by TCM theory, the phlegm obstruction due to Qi defficiency and phlegm heat due to Yin defficiency.The Therapeutic Method of Fifty Yingn Qi Cycles is used to treat this disease by the stimulation on Zhongwan（cv12）,Guanyuan（CV4）,Taiyuan（LU9）,Hegu（LI4）,Zusanli（ST36）, Sanyinjiao（SP6）,Shenmen（HT7）,Taixi（KI3）,Daling（PC7）,Taichong（LR3）.The treatment time is from 8 to 10 o＇clock in the morning. Use the method of the reinforcing and reducing along and against the flowing direction of Qi,the needles should be kept for 28 minutes 48 seconds which is a circulation period of meridian.Then,point-inject witn Nucleotide and Casein Injection,1mL liquid medicine should be injected into each point on Fenglong（ST40）and Kongzui（LU6）.A course of treatment includes 10 times,one time every other day,and lasts at least four course.Observe the changes of symptoms of the patients＇main clinical manifestations including cough, expectoration,accompanied dyspnea,etc,and observe the change of tongue and pulse between pre-treatment and post-treatment.Results： After 3-year＇s continuous treatment,the significant effect rate is 91.67%in the Qi with dampness and phlegm type,73.07%in Yin deficiency with damp-heat and phlegm type according to the following research.The effect is significant and the the recurrence rate was decreased by such treatment.The significant effect rate of the Qi deficiency with dampness and phlegm type is superior to the Yin with damp-heat and hotphlegm type P〈0.05
