摘 要:家蚕自古为滋补食疗珍品,丰富的有效活性成分使其具有独特的药理作用,为推进家蚕幼虫体的药用开发,用紫外分光光度法研究了家蚕幼虫体中黄酮类化合物含量在不同品种间的变化规律。将家蚕幼虫干燥粉碎,选用80%乙醇为溶剂,原料体积质量按0.0333g/mL在60℃下抽提4h,重复抽提3次,可高效地提取家蚕幼虫体黄酮类化合物。以NaNO2、Al(NO3)3显色,用紫外分光光度计于510nm波长下比色,可精确、稳定地测定出家蚕幼虫体中黄酮类化合物含量。结果表明,家蚕幼虫体富含黄酮类化合物,不同蚕品种其含量存在显著差异。Nourishing diet for silkworm treasures since ancient times, rich active ingredients effective to have a unique pharmacological effects. To NANO2, Al(N03) 3 color with a UV spectrophotometer at 510nm wavelength than color, can be accurately and stably determination of the silkworm larvae flavonoids content. Silkworm larvae - rich flavonoids, and its content in the silkworm species and the hybrid combinations, there was a significant difference between different silkworms.
