摘　　要：高温气冷实验反应堆（ＨＴＲ－１０）的热气导管和它的同轴外壳，连接邻近分开布置的反应堆和蒸汽发生器压力壳，管内外分别流过高温（９５０℃）和反向的低温（３０℃）氦气，它的热性能实验已在氦气工程试验回路上完成。实验回路中的热气导管试验段具有可拆卸的高密封要求的三层壳结构，它的内部参数的测量和信号的引出使用了数种经过予先试验过的压力壳贯穿结构。试验中需要连续测量的信号达７０多个，运用计算机采集监控技术，开发了一套智能化的数据实时采集、显示和处理系统，兼有监控、报警、保护等功能，并通过联网在其它微机上显示回路和试验装置内部的运行状况。在经历了５００ｈ的实验考验后，系统性能稳定可靠。A thermal performance test for the hot gas duct of 10MW high temperature gas cooled reactor was conducted on the helium test loop, and there are over 70 parameters to be measured at real time. A kind of tested leak tight flange assembly is used for the thermocouples penetrating through the pressure vessel, inner tube and liner tube. An intelligent data handling system is developed, which has the functions of display warning, accessing, printing, controlling and protecting at real time. The system is also used to transmit data and to display the state of the test loop operation in a computer network. In the test duration of 500h, the system is working in good condition.
