六流中间包温度场优化数值模拟研究

摘　　要：通过对六流连铸机不同结构中间包内钢液温度场的数值模拟,提出了采用导流隔墙的改进方案。这种导流隔墙的应用,有利于均匀钢液温度,促使夹杂物上浮。With the numerical simulation of temperature field for molten steel in tundish with different structures in six strand conticaster, the improvement scheme of using training wall is proposed. The application of the wall is good for temperature homogenization of molten steel and precipitates the come - up of inclusion.
