摘　　要：文章对热电厂汽机车间管理工作的基本看法,车间绩效考评体系的设计思路,相关配套机制的运行进行了阐述。并对车间绩效考评体系运行一年多时间里,所取得的良好效果和暴露出一些问题进行了分析,明确了今后开展工作的思路。In the paper, the basic perspectives of management, design idea of performance appraisal system in steam engine workshop of Thermal Power Plant, and operation of related auxiliary, mechanism are elaborated. Moreover, the good results and some problems exposed in over one - year operation of the system are analyzed, and thinking of future performances is cleared and defined.
