摘　　要：应对多样化任务特点,军队医院严格按纲施训,坚持科学组训,提高效益,确保训练工作落实,大力强化核心保障能力;按照"平时能服务、急时能应急、战时能应战"要求,以服务推动应急、以应急促进应战、以应战牵引建设,实现平战兼顾、平战结合、平战一体,努力拓展核心保障能力。According to the characteristics of diversified military missions,military hospital should scientifically implement training in accordance with the outline to enhance the effectiveness and ensure the implementation.The basic requirement was ensuring the medical service in peacetime,emergency and wartime.Military hospital should try to expand the core support capability by means of the following ideas,which included promoting emergency ability with service,wartime support strength with emergency training,technique building with wartime training.So as to take into account both peacetime and wartime,achieve the combination and integration of peacetime and wartime.
