摘　　要：通过对2008-2009年全国联赛中江苏男排9主场比赛中,技战术的运用效果情况的观察记录,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像观察法,数据统计等方法,探讨了江苏队在2008-2009年全国联赛中一攻,防反,保攻,推攻等方面的表现及与其他各队对抗时的优势和差距。研究结果:江苏的一攻、防反进攻系统的能力处于全国中上游水平;但战术分配过于单一,拦回球多。The research uses the way of literature reading, expert in- terviews, video observation, and observation and records from 9 volleyball games in JiangSu, to explore the Jiangsu team at 2008 - 2009 National League One attack, anti -anti, security attack, attack and so pushed the performance and confrontation with other teams at the time of the strengths and gaps. The results for First attack, anti - anti - attack capability of the system in the upper reaches of the national level.
