摘　　要：财务管理是基层供电企业管理的核心。通过引入和应用资产全过程价值管理和风险控制理论,对财务管理流程、审核体系、管理手段、监控规范进行整合和再造,能有效地改善企业资产综合营运效率和财务管理能力,实现基层供电企业资产经营和财务管理的高效化、精细化、标准化。Financial management is a central part of the management in grassroots power enterprises. Based on the introduction and application of assets whole life-cycle value management and risk control theories, the managers of grassroots power enterprises could integrate and reengineer the flow of financial management, auditing system, management means and monitoring criterions, which could improve the efficiency of comprehensive assets operations and capacities of financial management in a more effective, more detailed and more standardway.
