摘　　要：数字化教学环境的构建是实现高校教育信息化的基础,是当前推进教育改革和发展的重大工程。然而,信息社会里,面对浩如烟海的信息,学习者如何快速有效的从中筛选出有助于学习的信息,是必须解决的迫切问题,是学习者真正受益于高校数字教学的重要保证,也是高校数字化教学环境建设进一步提升的关键。本文论述了一种信息处理利用的有效工具——Web数据挖掘的有关问题及其在建立高校数字教学中的应用前景.The construction of digital teaching and learning environment is the base to achieve higher education information technology foundation and the major projects of implementing the current reform and development. However, in the information society, facing with a broad array of information, it is urgent for the learners to learn how to quickly and effectively filter out information that will help to learn. It is an important guarantee for learners who really benefit from the digital teaching in colleges and universities. It is also the key to enhance the environment building of digital teaching in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the use of an effective tool for information procession -- Web data mining and its related issues and its applied prospects in the establishment of colleges and universities teaching application.
