伊布利特转复房性心动过速的临床应用

摘　　要：伊布利特作为新型Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物目前建议用于心房颤动(房颤)和心房扑动(房扑)的转复治疗,其对于房性心动过速(房速)的作用目前国内尚未见报道。我中心2例大折返性房速使用伊布利特均成功转复。推测伊布利特对于大折返性房速,可能转复疗效与房扑近似。Ibutilide is a new class III antiarrhythmic drug, frequently used for conversion of atrial fibrillation（AF） and atrial flutter（AFL） according to the guidelines. There is no report about the efficacy of ibutilide for acute conversion of atrial tachycardia in China.We report 2 cases of macro-reentry atrial tachycardia （AT） conversed by Ibutilide.We suppose lbutilide can be used for conversion of macroreentry AT with a similar efficacy as for AFL.
