摘  要:针对步行、自行车交通通行空间不断受到排挤、出行环境日益恶化、交通安全问题日益突出的现状,研究步行、自行车交通系统的改善途径。依据对北京市两广路、CBD、中关村等地区的调查,分析了北京市步行和自行车交通存在的主要问题及原因。结合居民出行距离累计曲线明确了未来步行、自行车交通的发展趋势。采用理论研究与实践分析相结合的方法,从保障步行和自行车交通在路段、交叉口及过街设施等方面的有效通行空间,以及为步行和自行车交通创造良好、舒适的出行环境两方面分别提出了系统的改善对策,并结合北京市的实践进行了实例分析。Due to the deceasing right-of-way, travels on foot or by bicycle are getting hard, less efficient and unsafe in urban areas. By addressing the current pedestrian and cyclist travel problems, this paper proposes the improvement measures. Based on a survey conducted at Liangguang Road, CBD, Zhongguancun in Beijing, the paper first discusses the problems and causes of problems for pedestrians and cyclists in Beijing. The results of the analysis on the distribution of residents' daily travel distance predictthe future development trend for pedestrians and cyclists. Combining theoretical analysis with the practical considerations, this paper proposes the measures to improve the non-motorized transport system by providing secure right-of-way along streets, at intersections and crossing facilities for pedestrians in order to have an efficient and comfortable travel environment. Several case studies in Beijing are also presented here to illustrate the applications of these improvementmeasures.
