摘 要:高频斩波串级调速系统在高压大功率风机、水泵的节能改造中应用广泛。系统机械特性曲线的绘制对斩波串调系统的设计有重要意义。传统的绘制方法公式繁杂,计算量大,应用不方便。在传统计算方法的基础上,利用计算机械特性各参量的相对值推导了系统在一、二两个有效工作区的相对机械特性方程,并以此为依据绘制了不同占空比下斩波串调系统的万能机械特性曲线,通过与传统方法绘制的机械特性曲线比对非常吻合,证实了该方法的可行性。The high-frequency wave chopped wave cascade speed control system has been widely used on the energy saving and improvement of high voltage, huge power fan blower and water pump. It is very important for the design of system to draw the mechanical characters curve of it. However, the traditional description arithmetic is not convenient for utility because of including the intricate formula and overmuch calculation. The relative mechanical characters equation about chopped wave speed control system was derived by means of using the relative values of parameters about the system on the base of the analysis of traditional method. At last, according to the above conclusions, the curve about the mechanical characters of chopped wave cascade speed control system was painted and the practicability was proved by the comparison with the mechanical characters curve painted in virtue of the traditional description arithmetic.
