摘 要:基于永磁容错电机最优转矩控制系统,提出了一种改进型数字电流滞环控制算法。对传统数字滞环电流的跟随和脉动进行了数学分析,并推导了在一个采样周期内,通过改变占空比D可以使电流跟踪更好,谐波减少。仿真和实验结果表明,取D<1的恒定占空比与传统数字滞环(D=1)相比,电流跟踪性能得到改善,正弦度更好,验证了该算法的可行性和优越性,该方法也适用于一般永磁电机数字电流滞环控制系统。A modified digital hysteresis current control algorithm was proposed based on fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor (FTPMM) optimal torque control system. The track pulsation of current with traditional digital hysteresis was analyzed mathematically, also a algorithm was derived in a sampling period that the current track is better and it produces smaller harmonics by changing duty cycle D. The simulation and experiment results show that digital hysteresis control with D〈1 have better current track than traditional hysteresis control with D= 1 and better sinusoid, which verify the feasibility and superiority of the algorithm. The algorithm is also suitable for digital current hysteresis control of a common permanent motor.
