摘 要:目前,超声波电机驱动广泛采用推挽式电路。主要由于超声波电机内压电陶瓷材料的非线性,使得串联电感匹配电路的设计不易得到期望效果。在理论分析的基础上,通过实验研究了不同匹配电感取值对超声波电机运行性能的影响,给出了超声波电机串联电感匹配电路的设计原则,指出使匹配电路呈容性较为合适。详细分析了超声波电机驱动电路中的推挽式变换器工作过程,有助于深入了解超声波电机驱动控制装置的非线性特征,也有助于该装置的合理设计。The push-pull driving circuit is widely used in ultrasonic motor drive. Because of the non-linearity of piezo-erystal, expect effect of the inductance series compensation is not easy to be obtained. Based on the analysis in theory, the influence of different value of inductance on the ultrasonic motor's performance was studied. Design principle of the inductance series compensation circuit was given out and the rationality of capacitive compensation was also indicated. The operation in detail in which the push-pull convertor is used in ultrasonic motor drive was analyzed. The analysis will help to make right design of the convertor, and also will help to understand the non-linearity of ultrasonic motor driving unit.
