摘　　要：传统的图像预处理方法未能预防汉字书写带来的伪特征点(断点、伪交叉点),利用粗糙几何理论对汉字图像进行粗糙化,克服了以上缺点,同时减少图像大小,提高手写汉字识别速度。Traditional pre-processing method can＇t prevent fake characteristic points （such as break points, fake cross point） which are produced by the handwritten Chinese characters. In this paper we used the theory of rough geometry to roughen the Chinese characters＇ image, so that the defects mentioned above were overcome, and at the same time the image size was reduced as well. Moreover, it improved the recognition rate of the handwritten Chinese characters.
