摘　　要：随着信息化推进与电子政务的发展,Web模式下批注技术的研究越来越迫切。对Web批注作出研究,提出一种基于HTML的批注技术。它在不采用插件技术与不改变原始文件的基本内容基础上,实现随处对Web任何一段HTML元素进行独立附加批注,并且支持多用户操作。批注浏览时,通过原始文件与批注文件合成,达到每段HTML元素按需显示对应批注用户的批注内容。With the promotion of informatisation and the development of e-government, research on markup technology based on web becomes increasingly urgent. In this article, a new markup technology based on HTML is presented after studying the Web markup. It achieves a goal that adding the independent markup on any HTML element on the Web without changing the base content of original one and without using plug-in-technology. Furthermore, it supports multi-user operation. It also achieves that each HTML element displays the markup content of corresponding marking user upon need when the markup is browsed by combining the file of original one with markup one.
