摘　　要：介绍了包钢40000 m3/h空分设备分子筛吸附器出口CO2含量超标的故障现象,并详细阐述了不停机处理故障的全过程。The over standard fault of CO2 content in outlet of molecular sieve absorber for 40000 m3/h air separation machine of Baotou Iron Steel（Group） Co was presented.The entire fault treatment process with non-stop of the machine was expounded.
