摘 要:把天然矿物原料长石、石英、滑石和双飞粉、氧化锌、碳酸钡等粉料混匀,按合适的技术工艺制备釉浆,以淋釉法在素坯上施釉,于辊道窑中烧结成无光釉.研究Al2O3,SiO2,MgO等氧化物,以及Al2O3/SiO2质量比、烧成制度和其他因素对无光釉的影响.结果表明,SiO2/Al2O3质量比应控制为5.O~6.2,釉料烧成时在1260℃下保温25min,然后急速降温至1170℃,再缓慢降温至1130℃,让玻璃相中过饱和无光剂呈微小晶体充分析出,可制得品质优良的镁无光釉产品.Powders of natural raw minerals including feldspar, quartz and talcum were mixed with calcium carbonate, barium carbonate and zinc oxide, and then the mixture were prepared into glaze slip by using a reliable technique. By pouring the glaze slip onto the base,mat glaze was obtained after being fired in a roller hearth kiln. Influences of oxides such as Al2O3, SiO2 and MgO and the ratio Al2O3/SiO2, the firing schedule as well as other on the mat glaze were investigated typically. The results show that with SiO2/Al2O3 ratio controled between 5. 0 and 6. 2, keeping the fired glaze at 1260 ℃ for 25 min, decreasing the temperature sharply to 1 170 ℃ and then slowly to 1 130℃, magnesium raw mat glaze was prepared.
