摘 要:为了改善信号发生器的控制性能、提高连续波信号的产生速率与传输距离,需要设计合理的转阀阀口形状。根据压力-流量关系式推导出可以获得简谐波压力信号的阀口形状曲线方程,并据此方程对设计的转阀定转子形状进行了修正。通过三维流场仿真分析了不同定、转子轴向间隙对压力波信号的影响。结果表明,当轴向间隙小于1 mm时,推导所得的转阀阀口曲线可以获得较理想的简谐波压力信号。为了解决减小轴向间隙引起的阀口冲蚀和堵塞问题,建议在转阀设计中增加与转阀并联的旁路,在转阀入口处增加过滤装置。To improve the control performance of the signal generator as well as the generation rate and transmission distance of the continuous wave signal,the proper port form of the rotary valve needs to be designed.The curve equation of the port form of the simple harmonic wave's pressure signal can be derived from the pressure-flow relationship.According to the equation,the form of the designed stator and rotor of the rotary valve was revised.The effect of different stator-rotor axial clearance on pressure wave signal was analyzed by means of three-dimensional flow field simulation.The results show that,when the axial clearance is less than 1 mm,the derived valve port curve can obtain desirable harmonic wave pressure.It is suggested that a bypass be added in parallel connection with the rotary valve in design of rotary valve and a filter device be provided at the entrance of the rotary valve.
