摘  要:针对目前高压注水井不压井带压作业中使用的常规油管堵塞器存在结垢严重时无法下放到指定位置、不能形成良好的堵塞和下放具体位置不明确等问题,在结构上对其进行了改进。改进型油管堵塞器主要由提取矛、螺母挡圈、密封胶筒、挡圈、主杆、卡爪和尾楔组成。现场应用表明,改进型油管堵塞器的下放过程非常顺利,没有受到水垢的影响;它可实现高压注水井不压井检修作业,保持注水井地层能量,每井次平均占井周期由原来的35 d减少到18 d,平均单井卸水量由原来的1 870 m3减少到15 m3。Considering the problem that, in current well-killing pressurized operation in high-pressure water injection wells, the normal tubing plugger cannot be placed at the specified position when its scaling is serious, desired plugging cannot be reached and its specific position is not clear, its structure was improved. The improved tubing plugger mainly consists of extraction spear, nut ring, sealed packer rubber, retaining ring, main rod, claw and trailing wedge. The field application shows that the process of the tripping-in of the improved plugger is very smooth, without being affected by water scale. It can achieve no-killing workover in high-pressure water injection wells and keep the formation energy of injection wells. The average drilling cycle has been reduced from 35 days/well-time to 18 days /well-time; the average single-well water discharge has been reduced from 1,830 m3 to 15 m3.
