摘 要:基于动态子结构法将变速轴承推杆减速器划分为机体和轴系部件两子结构,在SolidWork中建立其三维实体模型,以Pasasolid文件格式输出并导入ANSYS中,建立变速轴承推杆减速器的有限元模型并进行模态分析,结果表明其抗弯刚度有待提高。改进设计,在机座两侧增加两块加强筋,改进后的模态分析结果表明,改进设计提高了机体的固有频率,达到提高机体固有特性的目的,改进是正确合理的。为实际设计和改进提供了依据。The adjustable - speed bearing push - rod reductor is separated into a frame and components about shaft based on substructuing method. A three dimensional solid model of the push - rod reductor are established by using solidworks. The model is output and converted into a Parasolid file. After that, the model is input ANSYS. A finite element model of the adjustable - speed bearing push - rod reductor is established by using ANSYS. The natural frequencies and vibration modes of the adjustable - speed bearing push - rod reductor is obtained by analysis of ANSYS. The results show that it is necessary to enhance the bending stiffness of the push - rod reductor. A eygomorphous tighen rib of base is appended in the improved project. The compared analysis showed that the natural fraquencies of the push - rod reductor is increased and the natural characteristics is meliorated in the improved project. The improved project is proved correctly. The results of modal analysis can be used to the design and improvement of the adjustable - speed bearing push- rod reductor.
