摘 要:目的观察胃肠舒对阿托品致胃肠动力障碍小鼠胃肠运动的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法选择昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阿托品模型组、胃肠舒+阿托品组、西沙必利+阿托品组、木香顺气丸+阿托品组。分别用等容积的受试药液灌胃,连续5 d,禁食18 h后,于第6天空白对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,其它组均腹腔注射硫酸阿托品注射液致胃肠动力障碍动物模型,以葡聚糖蓝(BD)2000为标记物,观察胃排空率和肠推进率。结果胃肠舒、西沙必利和木香顺气丸对阿托品所致胃肠动力障碍动物的胃排空和肠推进具有显著促进作用(P<0.01)。结论中药胃肠舒片作用机理可能是通过对抗阿托品对M受体的拮抗作用,促进胃肠道兴奋性神经递质乙酰胆碱分泌,从而促进胃肠动力。Objective To observe the effect of Weichangshu on gastrointestinal motility disorder caused by Atropine in mice, and to explore its mechanism. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group atropine, Weichangshu + atropine group, cisapride + atropine group, Muxiangshunqi Pills + atropine group. Subjects were orally treated for 5 d. After fasting for 18 h, blank control group was intraperitoneally injected on the sixth day, saline and other groups were injected atropine sulfate injection to induce animal model of gastrointestinal motility disorder. Blue dextran (BD) 2000 was used to observe the gastric emptying rate and rate of intestinal propulsion. Results Weichangshu tablets and Muxiangshunqi Pills enhanced the gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion (P 〈 0.01 ) in gastrointestinal motility disorder animal caused by atropine. Conclusion Weichangshu may promote gastrointestinal movement M receptor antagonism of atropine and increase the secretion of neurotransmitter acetylcholine in the gastrointestinal tract.
