摘  要:目的建立红毛五加皮多糖的含量测定方法,对不同产地样品进行测定。方法采用苯酚-硫酸比色法。结果葡萄糖的线性范围为24.05~54.11μg/ml,平均加样回收率为97.80%,RSD为1.59%(n=6)。红毛五加皮的多糖含量为6.83%~24.50%;木心的多糖含量为5.78%~9.21%。结论该方法快速、准确,可为红毛五加药材的质量控制提供参考。建议红毛五加皮多糖含量不得低于10.9%,木心具有一定利用价值。Objective To determine the content of polysaccharides in cortex acanthopanacis giraldii from different regions. Methods Phenol - sulfuric acid colorimetry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides. Results The linear range of glucose was 24.05 - 54.11μg / ml. The average recovery was 97.80%, and RSD was 1. 59% (n = 6). The polysaccharides content of bark was within the range of 6.83% - 24.50% and that of xylem was within the range of 5.78% - 9.21%. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and can be used for the quantity control of A. Giraldii Harms. The polysaccharides content of bark should not be lower than 10.9%. The xylem is valuable in some degree.
