摘　　要：目的考察雪胆胃肠丸对实验性胃溃疡的作用。方法采用小鼠无水乙醇致胃溃疡和大鼠乙酸致胃溃疡模型,考察雪胆胃肠丸对抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。采用小鼠醋酸扭体实验和小鼠耳廓肿胀实验考察其镇痛和抗炎作用。结果雪胆胃肠丸均能使小鼠无水乙醇所致胃溃疡的溃疡面积明显减小,能降低大鼠溃疡指数,可降低醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的次数,抑制巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论雪胆胃肠丸对实验性胃溃疡有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the effects of Xue Dan Wei Chang pill on experimental gastric ulcer. Methods Acetic acid model in rats and absolute ethanol gavage model in mice were used to study the anti - gastric ulcer effect. The mouse stretching model caused by acetic acid and the auricle swelling caused by croton oil in mice were adopted to study the analgesia and antiinflammatory effects of Xue Dan Wei Chang pill, Results Xue Dan Wei Chang pill could reduce the areas of gastric ulcer caused by absolute alcohol in mice and acetic acid in rats, inhibit the auricle swelling caused by croton oil in mice and the number of stretching induced by acetic acid in mice. Conclusion Xue Dan Wei Chang pill has protective effects on the experimental gastric ulcer.
